Rate Sheet Effective February 1, 2022

Personal Assistant Services (PAS) – Paid by check:
Weekdays - $22.00/Hour
Weekends - $23.00/Hour

PAS paid with Credit Card PAS paid with ACH Draft
Weekdays - $20.00/Hour Weekdays - $19.00/Hour
Weekends - $21.00/ Hour Weekends - $20.00/ Hour

PAS that total 24 or more hours per week (Sunday-Saturday)
Weekdays & Weekends - $18.50/Hour**
**Must be paid by ACH Draft only

Additional terms are as follows:

- Two (2) Consecutive Hour Minimum
- “Holiday Rate” is 150% of the hourly rates listed above
- Mileage will be charged at the rate of $0.51/mile for anyone living
outside of the Lubbock city limits
- Mileage will be charged at the rate of $0.51/mile for any use of the
caregiver personal vehicle usage for errands, deliveries, etc.
