A Salute To Social Workers

Social workers are the liaison for patients so that the family can better navigate the health care system, which can be overwhelming and confusing. Social workers are a primary point of

contact for patients and their families who help ensure all patient needs are met across the continuum of care. Social workers help coordinate specific services to ensure a patient is adequately provided for – wherever they call home.

March, as National Social Workers Month gives us pause to solute all those who serve in this compassionate profession. We lean heavily on the ability of our social workers within our business and cannot thank them enough.
