This month we focus on National Stroke Awareness, and the acronym – FAST. Prevention is key to suffering a stroke, and the acronym, FAST is important for you and your loved ones to know.

F- Face/Does the face droop on one side when trying to smile?

A – Arm/ After raising both arms, does one of the arms drift downward?

S – Speech/is speech slurred or strange?

T- Time/ If any or all of the above are observed, call 911 immediately.

Our focus is always to be compassionate with our many clients. With that said, education is part of that compassion so we may assist even before a serious health condition can change a life forever.
